Comment out or delete next line in calc.h .

[Cannot create file ".calcrc" on WINDOWS 95/98/NT.]
Create New File such as "new.txt", and type
RENAME new.txt .calcrc
in MS-DOS PROMPT.
[I want to know ERROR CODE.]
